How can I renew my Library Account? Or get an account if I don't have one?
I can't get into the databases or request my book because my library account is not valid.

Having trouble logging in? It could be one of the two following problems:
- Your library account has expired
- You need to create a library account
If your account has expired, we can resolve this problem quickly! For assistance:
- Contact us by phone, instant message, or text message -- see your options on the sidebar!
- Or submit a request through this online form (please note, this can take up to 24 hours)
To create a new account, you need to come to the Downcity Library Circulation Desk or Harborside Library Desk and request one.
