Can I use my JWU student library card in the summer even if I am not taking classes?

Yes, you can!
Your JWU ID card will continue to operate as a library card, and you can still use your barcode to access our resources from off-campus. This continues as long as you are officially a JWU student.
From the end of Spring trimester through the start of school in September, if you are NOT enrolled in summer classes, your card will not provide access to campus buildings, including the library.
To activate your card for summer building access, e-mail Safety & Security at accesscontrol.pvd@jwu.edu.
