Is your menu collection online?
I heard you have a lot of restaurant menus, and that some have been digitized. Where do I find them?

Our library has over 7000 restaurant menus, which can be found at the Harborside campus library. They are currently being digitized on an ongoing basis.

The menus are part of the ScholarsArchive@JWU. ScholarsArchive also includes journal articles, working papers, dissertations and theses, and other creative works published by the Johnson & Wales University faculty, staff, colleges, departments, and students.
