How do I find company ratios?

Answer

To find company ratios, the best library database is: Business Insights: Global.

Go to:

Business Insights: Global

Now follow these steps (you can also see them in the video below!):

  1. Search for your company name or ticker in the main box.
  2. Choose the Company Profile from your search results.
  3. On the right-hand side, in the shaded box labeled "Related Content," select "Financials."
  4. Choose the Ratios tab.

Some company ratios can also be found in LexisNexis Academic.

Web sites with ratios:

Yahoo! Finance is a free online source for ratios:

For companies, enter a ticker symbol in the search box, choose your company, then click on Key Statistics on the left.
