The ScholarsArchive@JWU contains journal articles, working papers, dissertations and theses, and other creative works published by the Johnson & Wales University faculty, staff, colleges, departments, and students.
It also includes some of the library's collection of over 7000 restaurant menus. The menus are currently being digitized and added on an ongoing basis.
