Library Scanners can be used to Send Outgoing Digital Faxes.
Instructions:
- Begin scanner program, select Scan to Email
- Scan documents
- When finished scanning, proceed to the email screen
- For the To field enter ImagicleDigitalFax@jwu.edu
- In the Subject field enter the full 10-digit Fax number you are sending the fax to without dashes: EXAMPLE: 4015981329
- (Optional): In the Message field enter what you want to appear on the cover page. If you do not enter any message, the documents will still be sent, but will not include a cover page.
Note: The scan to email function cannot receive inbound faxes. Faxing is free.
