The Downcity and Harborside Libraries, and the Culinary Arts Museum employ Student Assistants (SAs) during the academic year and in the summer.

We accept applications on an ongoing basis, however potential candidates will only be contacted for an interview when there are job openings. Job openings vary by department.

Applications will be held for one year from the date of submission. Please do not submit more than one application per year unless you have significant changes, such as contact information. In which case, please state on the new application that it is an “update due to changes.” Otherwise, a second application will not replace your original.

Federal Work Study (FWS) positions are also available at the Downcity and Harborside libraries; select the library as your preferred location during work study selection days if you are interested.
