There are a few possibilities:
1. It's summer time and you are not registered for any classes even though you will resume classes in the fall. In this case, you must contact Campus Safety & Security to have your ID card reactivated
2. You are a student in the JWU College of Online Education. Contact Campus Safety & Security to have your ID card reactivated.
3. You tried to enter the building when the library was closed. Please note that student ID cards will only work from 15 minutes prior to library opening to 15 minutes prior to library closing. (Review library hours of operation.)
4. You just graduated. Congratulations! Since you are now an alumnus/alumna, your student ID card will no longer give you building access. Please contact Alumni Services in order to inquire about on campus access.
4. If none of the above criteria apply to your situation, please visit Campus Safety & Security for further assistance in resolving the situation.
