JWU has transitioned from R25 to Ad Astra, a new room scheduling software. This program allows everyone to see the availability of event and meeting spaces on campus in real-time. It will also help you locate an available room that meets your requirements when completing a room request form.
Representatives of Student Organizations may use the Involvement Network icon 
in jwulink to request space.
Please note: students requiring rooms for clubs and organizations will continue to reserve rooms through the Involvement Network.
