Do you recommend any citation makers for MLA or APA works cited and references pages? 

There are several ways to generate citations:

• For a comprehensive citation manager, you can use the free tool Zotero (see Zotero quick start guide for more)
• For quick citations, ZBIB is a free tool where you can enter a title or URL and get a citation.
• To use Microsoft's built-in tools, see how to use References tools in MS Word.
• Some databases also have built-in citation tools.  EBSCO, for example, has a built-in citation tool
