First, check to see if you are entering the correct information on the JWU email login screen.


If this doesn't help, then you may be encountering a technical glitch, such as one related to records for online-only students who were previously enrolled as resident students.

If you would like us to try to resolve the issue immediately,  send an e-mail to Dr. Rosie Hopper (Dean of Libraries) at rhopper@jwu.edu, and she will do her best to get back to you within in 2-4 days.

Otherwise, when JWU library is open you can try to reach us by IM, SMS, phone or e-mail.
